First Cuts

The Dolphins have made their first post-minicamp cuts: Punter Jy Bond, and Cornerback Scorpio Babers are the first casualties. The roster count stands at 82 players. This means at least two more players must be cut in the next 6 weeks before training camp begins.

Tin, sorry to hear you and your family were so sick over the weekend. You haven't taken a sick day since 2001? Impressive! Hope you're all getting back to healthiness.

I have the roster at 82, who are you missing or who am I counting that I shouldn't be? Hmmm...

  2. I have updated the roster to the right, I even used a calculator and counted 81 players.  Before these two were cut I had 83.  I don't know who is missing off my roster or incorrect on yours, lol.

Not only have I not taken a sick day since 2001, but that was my only sick day EVER.

This is not to say I've never been sick, but I always go to work.  I usually am only REALLY sick on weekends and holidays!

  5. It's all fixed now.

But seriously, why do I have such a hard time remembering Moses?  all last year I referred to him as 'that #74 guy'.

  6. My computer doesn't like Scribd it doesn't open for me.  I just had an update done over the weekend and forgot to mention this to the Computer Gods.  I use Ubuntu as the OS.  I like them better than MS, Ubuntu can't be hacked nearly impossable.  I once opened a web site and loaded the trojon horse virus onto the operating system and the Computer Gods removed it in about 3 seconds with no damage.  Every 6 months you get upgrades for the system and everything FREE no costs at all enywhere.  Micro Soft had better wake up.

Like Babers and Bond if you don't improve you get dropped from the memory.

  7. Glad you are apparently feeling better, but really, speaking from the viewpoint of someone who works in a doctor's office, DON'T GO TO WORK SICK!!! It just spreads whatever you have to others.

  11. Isn't a doctor's office and/or hospital the most germ-infected place you could possibly be?

  12. We are ultra clean here.  Have to be.  And I send employees home if they come in sick.  No one is that important.

But you are right about hospitals.  Worst place to be if you are sick.

LOL, and I think he impressed at the OTAs and minicamps. I heard his name mentioned a few times when reading camp reports.

  15. ...lol ...trust me Fang, any linux distro can be hacked ...the hacks focus on MS because 95%+ of the real world uses it ...if Linux ever becomes a real client OS, it will be just as hacked as MS ever was.
...in the meantime, you have to live and really love Ubuntu to use it as your desktop ...my users won't put up with that crap.

I wasn't at OTAs and those camp highlights are just tidbits. From what I read I thought they said Moses looked pretty good or improved or something positive. LOL
