  3. Well then, I'll comment.  Getting ready to head out to a local bar here to watch.

I posted earlier, yesterday, sometime....and was able, so I suppose I haven't been banned after my post contest comments!  You have to admit, my answer was much better as a 'trick question' not to mention that nagging little detail of being correct.

And speaking of comments, is there a way to comment from a phone, like a blackberry, mine is actually a MotoQ, which I hate and will be ridding myself of soon.  I can read your blog, but no comments.  I may feel the need leave a drunkity comment later.  lol

  4. if you have it set to get comments/responses in your email, any reply e-mails are posted as comments....i would guess otherwise it's a matter of the software on your phone.

  6. Omar tweeted thatSean Smith was playing and Mushin Muhammad was not, and
then ten minutes later he changed it to read "Carolina's Steve Smith is
    playing..."
    ridiculous.

  9. I may be missing something here, but in order to get a reply you have to be able to comment in the first place.  And even then it is only that one thread.  Nevermind.  It's probably best.  I'll have to talk to the real people with me, but they are going in order to watch the Steeler's game.  Where did I go wrong with them?  I blame myself!  lol

Great job with all this.  I worry about you and your day job.  They have to be on to you by now!

  43. DAMN LHilliards explosive, I'm impressed !!

He's practically as big as Polite.. Is Polite really that much better of a blocker, cuz he ain't near the runner..

    Vontae's doing good,steppin-up babyyy !!  That D interference on JThomas was bogus(nitttpickyyy)!!

    ReplyDelete
  44. Actually, LH looks like he could eventually/possibly be RB's protege..

    DT looked destructive,Murphy got abused..

    ReplyDelete
  45. LH doesn't lose the 40 to RB by much, and he's got 10#s on him... RB's has the moves though...

Hilliard @ the least could be a productive replacement for RW,(when he retires some yr soon)..

    ReplyDelete
  46. agreed, ricky won't be brought back next year anyway. Lex is much cheaper
    option and much younger.

    ReplyDelete
  47. ...nice game ...ST down, Chris Williams way down, think that experiment is over ...Armstrong down, too many dropped balls ...all out battle at OLB, Moses, Anderson, Wake all showed up ...if Walden played, I missed it ...Wilford showed some blocking skills in key plays but is it enough ...Hilliard looks very good but need to see him do it vs first team defenses ...1st team OL looked impressive early, blew holes, especially on right, what we were hoping for all along ...Vontae Davis played like a 1st round pick ...overall penalties looked well under control ...question Camarillo ready, showed little ...Henne played like Penne tonight ...game manager, not game changer ...and looked ready to fill in if Penne goes down ...but I think I'm like most, I want to see the game changer we've been told he was ...I don't recall seeing any long balls and he threw a couple that imnsho he should have swallowed instead ...but no interceptions and 17 points can't be discounted ...remain neutral on Henne being the future ...just my immediate thoughts ...appreciate the link tin and I used it just to prove to myself it would actually work ...I have a comcast 16M fiber link so the streaming was pretty damn good ...very few slow downs and I really like being able to watch the game in a window while I do other work on the laptop.

  49. ,,,sigh ...shakes head ...wtfo?

    ReplyDelete
  50. Lemmus,I agree w'all cept on the neutral part(Henne future)...
    Considering no SS,JA,good d performance,(VONTAE DID play like a 1st rndr),NJones did well too !!

    ReplyDelete
  51. I will watch the replay tomorrow before i make assessment but wasn't
impressed by N Jones at all, at least not in the 1st half. Game might've
been a blowout if the refs hadn't effed up that Courtney Bryan fumble
    recovery!

    ReplyDelete
  52. Lemmus,I knew that might be misunderstood cuz it endedup under your game thoughts!!

I was writing that after posting by myself throughout the game,
and was just being funny!! And you just happened to post as I was writing!!

It wasn't a reply to your game thoughts!! SORRY!!  LOL!!

    ReplyDelete
  53. They don't show enough replay's on the FINS telecast, but boyyy they luv their commercials,REDICULOUS!!

On the CH sack/fumble by rookie EBrown(Fin recovery),Greise said Murphy was blocking
(they didn't show the replay),and I was watching the Rec's..
    Greise's gettin senile,or he doesn't know the numbers.. He's horrible(lucky he's one of my hero's)!!
He said @ the half that the ST AND the D were gettin abused,(HALF-TRUE)!!

(Watching MY replay),BIG Jake got burned on the speed-rush,Murphy was elsewhere!!!

    ReplyDelete
  54. But they sure showed the CBryan recovery numerous time's!! Ref's were tough on us,on the close calls..

    ReplyDelete
  55. Wonder IF BGreise was thinkin Smiley(the G) should of helped, cuz he didn't touch anybody...
BG saw the play he should know LONG is the LT!!

    ReplyDelete
  56. ...13kvFINS ...thanks for confirming my thoughts ...number of times I thought the comentators were watching differerent plays or I was screwing up on the numbers ...nice to know I wasn't the only one.

    ReplyDelete
  57. I didn't see the replay yet but unless Murphy was playing LT it would be
    pretty impossible!

    ReplyDelete
  58. Why does Nat Moore screw up the pronunciation of everyone's name? I
thought he was close to the players/organization. He's been calling Wilford
'wilfork' for two years straight now. I can't believe he hasn't heard me
yelling 'it's WILFORDDDDD!!' back at the tv in all this time....He also
calls Camarillo like it rhymes with brillo, and he calls Cobbs 'Cobb'
everytime. Griese also said Steve Smith was playing but I didn't see him at
all, and the play-by-play guy is awful, he misses every other play, and he
doesn't show any range....a big turnover gets the same tone as a 1 yd run on
    2nd down.
There should be an alternate track on football games so you can watch the
game and listen to goats bleating in the background. It would be a nice
change-up listening to something intelligent for a while.

    ReplyDelete
  59. Oh, my favorite Moore-ism, he doesn't know David Martin's name, always
refers to him as "the back-up tight-end" and one of those guys keeps
referring to Joey Haynos as 'Hannus".
But at least Griese hasn't talked about his son in Tampa Bay so far this
year. Last pre-season I heard more about the Bucs' QB competition than the
    Dolphins!

    ReplyDelete
  60. FUNNNYSTUFFFF(ESP the goat comment's)!!

    I need to get a new stereo,cuz I like Mandich/(Farrah)Cefalo a million times more,
    (GREAT RANGE/Play-by-play/color commentation)
but the am on my stereo is statiky, and hurts my brain..

Hopefully a new HD TV,and Stereo by wk 5(my present tv is a 48' sony rear projection from the early 90s,can't even see the ball when watchin golf, tough to make-out the #s watchin football),and my stereo must be @least 30 yrs old... Time to upgrade my eye's tooo, even w'a 48 incher !!!

    ReplyDelete
  61. My favorite part was when one of the talking heads did a little color commentary on J. Peppers. He ended his ramblings about what a great matchup to watch tonight with  Peppers going against Miami's.....silence.....more silence....painfully long silence...and he drops it and moves on. Now we all know Jake Long is only in his second year and transparent at 6' 7", first round pick, pro bowler, I guess his name is easily forgotten LOL what a fricking group of idiots we have in that booth.

    ReplyDelete
  62. ...its when you up and say you'll be in the alley behind "THE" titty bar that I have to strart to wonder ...having visited more than my fair share of such places of rectitude in my life, I need to know if you're referring to Pattaya or Amsterdam or Ankara ...certainly you have better tastes than say, Riviera Beach, eh :)

  69. ...I knew we had controlled the penalties well but not THAT well ...that means ZERO 1st team penalties ...and THAT IS AWESOME! ...been holding off waiting for tin's take ...its getting late here but he's on west coast time so maybe he'll still get it posted ...I've got a heavy schedule this week and not much time to play here.
