That seems really cheap to me.
ReplyDeletehe got almost a Mil $ for signing his name. (now the rest does sound a little low for a 3rd rounder.
ReplyDeletestrike that, he was our 3rd pick but he was a second rounder. That does seem low.
ReplyDeleteThose numbers will make Vontae hold-out.
ReplyDelete...lol ...yeah right, Vontae is going to hold out so Sean can get a firmer lock on the starting position ...maybe Vontae is an idiot but I'd not be betting on it. :-E
ReplyDeletelemmus, that's a crazy avatar. i think I've seen that errr... cat. *DONT_KNOW*
ReplyDeleteI agree Davis won't holdout. A CB drafted at #25 isn't a tough guy to sign unless his agent is an idiot. You look at last year's #25 and maybe some signings between 20-30 will help to get a feel for the market.
We're doing well. Only Davis, White and Clemons to go. We still have 10 days or so. I have faith in the trifecta.
Joking, just saying Vontae's gonna be looking for a little more scratch...
ReplyDelete...I'm growing fond of it ...wide eyed anticipation of a home super bowl, eh 8-)
ReplyDelete...if there was going to be a hold-out, it'd be Clemons (not that I think he will) ...his round is almost all in but he's looking at competing for a starting db slot and thus worth a bit more based on his otas ...the trifecta might give him a bit to get him in camp on time ...I think White is all but signed and just waiting for the other 2nd rounders to set the final numbers ...we'll know in a few short days.
somebody say home super bowl?
ReplyDeletelemmus this little pussy looks like John Becks eyes when they brought in way superior Chad Pennington
No disrespect to Beck as a decent morally good person with lofty QB ambitions at the NFL level
Beck has earned a great high paying clipboard job and Ray Lewis is not body slamming him after 4 seconds frozen with football
So i know his mother has to be proud
"and Ray Lewis is not body slamming him after 4 seconds frozen with
ReplyDeletefootball"
um, of course he is, only it's every week now in practice as opposed to once
a year in a game situation.
Tin
ReplyDeletePretty sure the quarterbacks are red shirted and not getting touched
If and when they can come full contact with QB I`m sure there just holding him or wrapping him up
Dont see any body slamming in practice on your own QB
good point
ReplyDeletewishful thinking on my part I guess. :)
